Eating healthy doesn’t mean compromising flavor or substance of meals.
The objective of Kat’s nutrition counseling and Sassy Not Sweet’s Healing Meals™ program is to provide clients with comprehensive nutrition information and disease prevention education while providing the most nutritious, delicious meals developed for general immune function, metabolic health, and all the energetic benefits of eating a clean diet. All ingredients used are grown naturally, without synthetic chemicals, hormones, antibiotics and are from trusted sources of organic and certified organic growers and producers.
The personal chef services that Kat offers relies on the client’s commitment to achieve the maximum benefits for their holistic (whole mind/body) health. Clients commit to ordering meals each week which Kat will deliver fresh up to two times per week. Kat will send weekly newsletters with information about nutrition and ingredients included in upcoming meals and will include a menu form for clients to complete for the following weeks of meals.
Kat will make arrangements with clients to deliver meals, within the town of Ashland, after receiving the menu order form. Kat will generate a bill and payment must be made with cash or Venmo from the client after placing orders for the upcoming week of meals.
Kat will provide meals in reusable containers and mason jars, which the client will return, cleaned, when receiving the next week’s meals unless arrangements are made to return before.
If a client requests to pause the program for vacation or other circumstances they agree to notify Kat as soon as pause dates are confirmed for Kat’s convenience. Kat agrees to notify clients of her own plans to travel or take a pause in providing meals for other reasons as soon as she knows the pause dates for client’s convenience. Program will be continued after client/Kat returns.
If a client declines to order weekly meals without explanation or prior agreement they will be dropped from the program.
If a client wishes to request a modification of ingredients for dietary requirements or preferences Kat will work with the client to find the most appropriate alternatives without compromising the health benefits of the meals provided. Clients must discuss modification prior to ordering or as a special request on order form when placing the order.
All ingredients are subject to change based on supplier stock and seasonal availability. Kat will find alternatives to ingredients not available for each meal ordered, to her specifications, and will contact the client regarding substitutions if notably different than order form description.
